When Fuldarr was a newborn, his traveling father, after the loss of his wife during labor, who feared raising his son alone abandoned him in the forest. He was found perishing and was adopted by an old man living alone in the mountains near the village of Selstad. Raised in tough conditions, Fuldarr became almost invincible, and after going down to the village and proving himself in battle many times he was jointly proclaimed the chieftain of the village.
